The ground-level reentry and outreach pipeline operating in Boulder and Weld Counties utilizes a peer-support workforce model. All navigation, mentorship, and life-skills coaching are delivered by peer specialists grounded in direct lived experience and state-approved certification pathways. Omnism Spiritual Center does not provide licensed clinical therapy, professional psychological counseling, or independent psychiatric medical treatment. Our direct field services are non-clinical and designed for transitional stabilization, immediate navigation, and personal accountability. Clinical interventions, medical detox, and therapy are accessed through partnerships and referrals to licensed regional providers

Omnism Spiritual Center is an independent church organized under IRC Section 508(c)(1)(A), legally incorporated as a Wyoming religious nonprofit and registered as a Foreign Entity in good standing in Colorado. Under federal law governing churches, the organization operates in full compliance with internal revenue codes regarding tax-exempt religious entities. To maintain transparent access to municipal awards, public contracts, and foundation funding, secular street outreach and peer navigation operations utilize a Model A Comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship, providing full 501(c)(3) deductibility under an established institutional umbrella. All formal corporate verifications, status queries, and official records are maintained privately and provided directly to authorized granting agencies and foundation partners upon formal request.
