The Omnism Spiritual Center is founded on the principle that spiritual truth is a public trust. As a non-commercial religious nonprofit, our purpose is to protect, study, and share universal spiritual principles without the influence of private profit, personality-driven authority, or ideological coercion.

This work is institutional by design. It is intended to remain steady across time, independent of any single voice, era, or cultural moment.

Nonprofit Status & Transparency

The Omnism Spiritual Center is a registered 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit organization dedicated to public spiritual education, interfaith dialogue, and the sharing of contemplative practices for the common good.

Board of Directors
The Center is overseen by a Board of Directors responsible for financial stewardship, ethical compliance, and protecting the mission of pluralism, peace, and public benefit.

Stewardship Model
While teachings may be offered through a particular voice and perspective, the Steward of the Center serves as an officer of the nonprofit and remains accountable to the Board, the organization’s mission, and the public trust. The message is primary. The messenger is secondary.

The Center is not a personal platform. It is an institution.

Ethical Standards

We maintain a clear ethical framework designed to protect participants, preserve autonomy, and prevent dependency.

Institutional Boundaries
We maintain a firm distinction between spiritual education and clinical mental health care.

Non-Coercion
Spiritual insight must be discovered, not imposed. We do not use psychological pressure, social leverage, or emotional manipulation.

Transparency of Intent
Our work operates at the level of public education and contemplative inquiry. We seek to inform, clarify, and invite reflection — not to persuade or convert.

These standards exist to ensure that the Center remains a place of safety, dignity, and intellectual honesty.

Community Partnership

The Omnism Spiritual Center does not work in isolation. Where appropriate, we collaborate with local nonprofits, recovery programs, and community organizations, offering a spiritual and reflective layer of support alongside existing social services.

Our role is complementary, not duplicative.
