Funding the Pipeline 

Omnism Spiritual Center is an independent church organized under IRC Section 508(c)(1)(A), legally incorporated in Wyoming and registered as a Foreign Entity in good standing in Colorado. All revenue received by the organization is applied exclusively to its exempt charitable, developmental, and community outreach purposes. Revenue generated by our educational platforms, digital media, and published works is deposited directly into the corporate account and dedicated fully to frontline operational support. 

The Pilot Budget and Operational ROI 

Our standard one-year pilot operates on a lean 150,000 dollar baseline budget. Forty percent goes directly to mobile outreach, fuel, vehicle upkeep, emergency survival supplies, and vital records fees. Thirty-five percent covers field stipends and compensation for Street Elders with direct lived experience. Seven and a half percent maintains administrative compliance, corporate insurance, and secure recordkeeping, and seven and a half percent sponsors state-approved peer specialist certification training and materials. Ten percent supports restorative materials, field logistics, and basic participant needs.

This model delivers an immediate return on investment to local public systems. Municipalities spend approximately 36,000 dollars per year per chronically unhoused individual in emergency medical services, shelter triage, and law enforcement contact, while incarceration in Colorado averages 56,000 dollars per person annually. A 150,000 dollar pilot serving fifteen high-barrier individuals fully recovers its entire cost for the public ledger if just three or four participants avoid a single year of emergency service reliance or reincarceration. Every participant stabilized beyond that baseline generates compounding community savings. 

Current Funding Priorities 

Mobile Outreach Fleet

Our operational backbone is dedicated mobile outreach and curbside discharge transportation. We are securing capital to acquire and maintain a dedicated outreach van to run direct intakes, facility drop-offs, release-day pickups, and daily transport to 12-step recovery meetings and vital appointments. Naming this exact operational tool gives our civic and philanthropic partners a concrete, load-bearing objective to back.

Peer Workforce Development 

We raise dedicated funds to support participants advancing through the recovery pipeline into certified peer leadership. Contributions directly fund the tuition, materials, and state credentialing fees required for stabilized individuals to complete state-approved sixty-hour peer specialist training, turning hard-won survival background into sustainable careers as certified peer workers and Street Elders. 

Institutional Governance and Accountability

To maintain transparent access to municipal awards, corporate contributions, and foundation grants, our community navigation and street outreach operations utilize a Model A Comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship, giving donors and grantors full 501(c)(3) tax deductibility under an established institutional umbrella. Official organizational records, including corporate filings, financial disclosures, and governance documentation, are maintained privately and provided directly to granting agencies and foundation partners upon formal request.

Frontline Intake and Vital Records

Direct support funds the hard costs of frontline engagement across Boulder and Weld Counties: state identification fees, birth certificates, replacement Social Security cards, emergency survival gear, and immediate intake coordination from the van into regional detox and sober living beds.

Secure Contributions 

For organizational security and compliance, official corporate records, including our Articles of Incorporation, IRS documentation, and organizational bylaws, are maintained privately and provided directly to granting agencies and foundations upon request.
