Leadership Built on Lived Experience 

Omnism Spiritual Center is led by Founder, Executive Director, and Sole Director Zachary Thomas Bennett. His work bridges grassroots authority with institutional compliance, using a professional background as a licensed contractor, published author, and certified practitioner to guide our mobile outreach and operational strategy. 

Zachary holds an Advanced Peer Recovery Specialist certification, a Certified Personal Trainer credential, and correctional programming credentials including Beyond Prison Walls and Seven Habits on the Inside. His leadership grows directly out of years of unsheltered survival, incarceration, and self-directed recovery. In our operational model, that lived experience is not treated as a backstory or a liability. It is treated as verified field data—the core asset that allows our outreach team to build immediate trust and deliver real stabilization in environments that credentialed-only organizations often cannot enter. 

Street Elders & Field Operations 

Our field operations are powered by Street Elders—peers with direct lived experience of chronic homelessness, addiction, and the justice system. By converting past survival experience into generative community leadership, our team delivers low-barrier basic needs navigation, vital records acquisition, somatic regulation, and housing bridge support to unhoused and justice-involved individuals across Colorado. 

Evelynn David: Community Outreach & Program Navigation 

Evelynn David brings a rich background in public programming, tactical resilience, and community organizing to the Center. A former New Mexico State Trooper with tactical training, Evelynn later served for over a decade as Library Director of the Aztec Public Library in New Mexico, where she founded and directed the Aztec UFO Symposium to fund local children's literacy and summer reading programs. 

Having navigated long-term homelessness in her late fifties following sudden financial and housing displacement, Evelynn brings deep lived authority to our outreach team. Her background combines public administration experience with the Isaiah Effect framework—the practice of embodying internal peace as an operational reality. At the Center, her experience in public coordination and survival navigation supports our pipeline for unhoused and justice-involved individuals.
